2.1. Data you give us
- Name, telephone number, email address
- Pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time of the journey
- Special requests: flight number, number of passengers, child seats, etc.
- The name of your company or organisation, if you provide it
2.2. Technical data
- Our host's technical logs (IP address, browser), kept for the security of the site
- Aggregated visit statistics (page views, country), measured without cookies or identifiers

5. Contractual confidentiality (NDA)
All our chauffeurs are bound by a confidentiality clause. For family offices, executives, public figures and brands, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in your name is signed on request.
6. Disclosure of data abroad
Some of the providers above process data outside Switzerland. Where the destination country does not offer an adequate level of protection under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the disclosure relies on appropriate contractual safeguards or on the performance of your request (Art. 16 and 17 FADP). You can always reach us by telephone if you prefer that no data passes through these services.
7. Security

8. Your rights
Under the FADP and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR, you can:
- obtain a copy of the data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- ask for erasure, subject to our legal obligations
- object to processing or withdraw your consent
- receive your data in a common format
